server together with the software application at our hosting
company. Our managed services involve us taking complete responsibility
for the operation of your M2M One Solution. This includes us offering
services such as hosting, license management, SIM management,
maintenance and repairs, and running a customer service desk.
The M2M One Service Desk is manned by a
competent technical contact who is familiar with your application and can help
you with any queries and problems that may arise. A dedicated service manager proactively
monitors whether your solution is working correctly and makes sure the service-level
agreements (SLAs) that have been made are also adhered to.
