bCallCars assembled with a Breakdown Call [bCall] telematics box, enable both a voice connection and a data connection to transmit car diagnosis data as well as vehicle position to the call center on demand.
In case the breakdown assistance call has been activated, the call center uses the voice connection to gather further information and provides aid. In most cases the vehicle occupants do not exactly know their location and are not able to describe the problem. bCall helps to increase mobility whilst providing a quicker remedy or an alternative mobility service.
